Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Noventis Pipeline ("the service"), operated by Noventis Private Limited, Pune, India ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

The service helps you find companies with buying signals, research decision-makers and prepare outreach drafts. It is free. It never sends messages for you: you review, send and record every message yourself.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your Personal workspace is private to you.

2a. Shared workspaces

You can create a shared workspace and add other people by email. Everyone you add can see and change everything in it and can start work billed to its Anthropic key. Only add people you trust, and only add someone with their agreement. The owner is responsible for the workspace, its members and its settings, and can remove members at any time.

3. Your API key and costs

Claude-powered research and drafting use the Anthropic API key you add on the Settings page. Requests made with your key are billed to you by Anthropic under your agreement with them. The daily budget setting limits estimated spend but is an estimate, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for charges on your Anthropic account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

send spam, or contact people in breach of anti-spam, privacy or data-protection laws that apply to you or to them;
use the service to harass anyone, or to collect data for purposes other than legitimate business outreach;
try to access another user's workspace, interfere with the service, or overload it with automated requests;
use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of what you put into your workspace. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the contact data you keep and the messages you send. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

6. Research and drafts are suggestions

Company details, contacts, scores and drafts are generated automatically from public sources and AI models and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check them before you rely on them or contact anyone.

7. Availability and changes

We provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or discontinue it, or change these terms, at any time. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to INR 1,000.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. To have your workspace and account deleted, contact us at the contact address published on noventis.ai.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
