Privacy Policy
Noventis Pipeline ("the service") is a free sales-prospecting tool operated by Noventis Private Limited, Pune, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the service, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, your name and whether Google has verified your email. We do not receive your Google password or access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
- Your workspaces. Everything you create or that the service finds for you: companies, contacts (names, job titles, public profile links and published business emails), draft messages, notes, the activity log, background-job reports and your settings.
- Your Anthropic API key, if you add one on a workspace's Settings page, together with a record of each Claude request made with it (token counts, number of web searches and estimated cost).
- Workspace membership: the email addresses you add to a shared workspace, who added them and when.
- A session cookie. After you sign in we set one cookie that keeps you signed in, plus a short-lived cookie that protects the sign-in step itself. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers.
- Server logs of failed requests and refused sign-ins, used to keep the service running.
How your data is kept separate
Each person who signs in gets a private Personal workspace, stored in its own database. Nobody else can see or change it, its settings or its API key.
You can also create shared workspaces and add teammates by their Google email address. Everyone you add can see and work on everything in that workspace, and requests they start use that workspace's Anthropic key. Only the workspace owner can change its settings and members, and removing someone ends their access straight away. People outside a workspace cannot reach it. API keys are never shown back in full, including to their owner, and are never written to the activity log.
Who we share data with
- Google, to sign you in.
- Anthropic, only if you add your own API key. Company and contact details from your workspace are then sent to Anthropic's API, under your key and your agreement with Anthropic, to research accounts and write drafts.
- Public websites. To find and research companies the service reads public pages such as funding news, startup directories, job boards and company websites. These requests do not include your personal data.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The service never sends emails or messages on your behalf: every outreach message is sent by you, from your own accounts.
Your responsibilities for the people in your workspace
You decide which people to research and contact. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for processing their details and for following the privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to your outreach, such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the GDPR and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
How long we keep data
Sign-in sessions expire after 7 days. Workspaces are kept while you use the service. You can remove your API key on the Settings page at any time. To delete your whole workspace and account, contact us at the contact address published on noventis.ai from the email address you sign in with, and we will delete it.
Security
The service is served over HTTPS, sessions are random tokens stored only as hashes, and every page requires sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so please use an Anthropic key with a spending limit you are comfortable with.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is processed. Contact us at the contact address published on noventis.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
